Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MAXTV (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
MAXTV provides access to live television channels, an electronic programme guide, and an on-demand library, streamed over the internet to supported devices. Available content and channels may vary by region and may change over time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may enforce a device limit per plan, shown on your account page.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not share, resell, or sublicense your account or the content.
- Do not copy, record, redistribute, or publicly perform the streams.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, device limits, or geographic restrictions.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Subscriptions, billing & refunds
Paid plans renew automatically for the period you select until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; if you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your case in good faith.
5. Content and intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, software, and the arrangement of content on the Service are owned by MAXTV or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream content for private, non-commercial use only.
6. Third-party content and streams
Some channels and titles are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party streams, and such content may be added or removed without notice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms MAXTV or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAXTV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for interruptions, outages, or content unavailability beyond our reasonable control.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
